Step 1: The application
With us you don't need to send personal letters or even attach resumes. Your LinkedIn, or how you share your work history the best, will be more then enough. Please not that due to GDPR, we are not able to process application we recive on email. Please use our Career page.
Step 2: TA Screening
During your TA Screening you will speak with a member of the TA team and gage how well we match each other, both with cultural match, soft skills and role fit. It's just as important that we fit your ambitions and aspirations for your next role as that you fit us.
Step 3: Manager Interview
Meeting your potential next manager is a big step, and it's important that you get a chance to investigate how well you would work together in the team and position that you have applied for.
Step 4: Testing
This step might sometimes be done before the TA screening, if we expect a high volume of qualified candidates.
We test for general ability to better understand your capacity and potential and for personality as everyone has one, and we like to see how well you use yours.
Step 5: Case Interviews
This is a chance to show of what you can do in a more live situation. Depending on the role you have applide for you might be asked to show anything from leadership, to analytical skills, presentations skills or technical skills. All cases are tailord to the position specificly to give candidates a better understanding of what the roles will entile and us a better understanding of your hands on knowledge. We often invite stakeholders such as Grandfather/mothers to attend the cases.
Step 6: Referenses
We use Refap and usually takes two references, but that might differ depending on role.
Step 7: Offer & Contract
Here we both know we like to join forces and an Offer is given, both verbally and in writing, for you to (hopefully) Accept before we send out the contract.
